The meat was tender and moist. If you think it&#39;s bland, just dip it in soy sauce. It goes well with white rice. In the end, I ate all the fish skin [hehe]. Here comes the point. Cream Puff and Bibble &amp; Sip have their own merits, but Nobu&#39;s is less greasy. What really surprised me was the black sesame cheesecake. This black sesame cheesecake is just the right softness and sweetness, and the sesame and cheese flavors are strong and can be perfectly blended. I really hope they have a larger portion that I can buy separately [tears].

顶着大雨去了Nobu的restaurant week lunch. 今天有点贪心，一个人点了两份3-course[挤眼]. 前菜包着生菜的black cod很特别，咬下去外层脆脆的，Umami arctic char w/ tomato salad 原来就是salmon，口感不错肉很嫩也很润，觉得淡就沾沾酱油，配白饭很不错，最后我把鱼皮都吃了[嘻嘻]. 重点来了，cream puff跟bibble &amp; sip家的各有千秋，但nobu的比较不腻，真的让我惊艳到的是black sesame cheesecake. 这款黑芝麻芝士蛋糕松软程度恰当，甜度恰当，芝麻味和芝士味够足并且能完美的融合. 真的很希望他们有更大份的可以另外买[泪].

每一道菜都很好吃！让你的味蕾享受无比的美味是件很幸福的事情。和牛是从日本进口的，搭配酱汁和酱黄瓜多汁不腻太好吃了！Shrimp Tempura 外焦里嫩是目前在拉斯品尝虾的味道印象最深的，值得一试！
